We currently have an opportunity for  Chefs  to join our amazing team at Blackburn Rovers Football Club

With the opportunity to work at Matchdays and Non-Matchday Events, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative Hospitality Venue.

We are looking for outstanding customer focused individuals to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

All products and food items are prepared and served as per pre-agreed food specification. All food items for service are present, portion controlled as per Head & Executive Chefs instructions. Correct use of equipment/ utilises are adhered to. To ensure and maintain the quality of food prep, production, and presentation within the venue. To ensure the cleanliness of the Kitchen Visual hazard check of kitchen Correct PPE is worn throughout shift, full uniform blue trousers & Tops, safety shoes must be worn at all times Kitchen cleanse is to the standard of EHO requirements Previous Chef Experience Basic Knowledge of food hygiene Flexible working patterns
