Job Description

The Retail Trading analyst role will analyse retail betting patterns real time and retrospectively, to understand and positively influence Retail Sportsbook performance.

What you will do

  • Control and develop all allocations of customer grades and the management of the retail customer base for both Retail brands
  • Analyse Retail Bet Trackers across both brands – identifying customer Monitoring & Grading opportunities
  • Monitor GBS Bet Station Trackers for both Retail brands – manage stake factoring process and identify performance opportunities
  • Complete daily trading analysis to identify and understand performance variances at Regional, Area, Shop and Product level
  • Escalation of trading breaches through highlighting to the relevant line management
  • Develop working relationships with the trading floor and key stakeholders within the department 

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of our products and bookmaking is essential
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively to develop and maintain working relationships at all levels
  • Strong computer skills required to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Retail betting experience is preferable
