Job Description: Protocol Education is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team in Shropshire. As a Primary Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate young minds, creating engaging learning experiences that foster academic achievement and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
  • Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to promote active learning and student engagement.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the well-being and academic success of all students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably within the UK.
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to helping every student reach their full potential.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of different schools and classrooms.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
