And as a Technical Program Manager with Concerto, you’ll do it by
You’ll be working across our SaaS product teams to manage the delivery of software projects across multiple group companies. This includes scheduling, resourcing and milestone setting for software projects, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic objectives and timelines.
You'll develop and maintain program schedules and documentation, coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment, and manage stakeholder communications to ensure visibility of progress and manage expectations.
Your role includes identifying and mitigating risks, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and scope requirements. Additionally, you'll ensure seamless integration and coordination of software development initiatives across sales, marketing and customer support teams, aligning projects with our overall business objectives.

You should have 5+ years’ experience in software program management, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver software roadmaps on time and within budget.
Your excellent communication, organisation and risk management capabilities will allow you to manage diverse stakeholders and ensure projects align to business objectives and long-term goals.
You should have a technical background to assist in project estimations and solutions, with an ability to quickly understand complex business domains.
Working arrangements

In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Concerto Warrington office and working pattern two days a week with the team and the rest of the week can be worked from home.
