What you'll be doing

• Maintain the cleanliness of the site
• Pot washing
• Cleaning and sterilizing counter tops, walls and sinks
• Ensuring FOH and BOH are clean and tidy
• Replenishing stock
• Keeping the area safe and secure (performing nightly checks)
• Organising stock and putting away items

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role desirable
• Customer focused and a good communicator
• Excellent team player with a flexible approach to duties
• Ability to lone work and organise your time to get all jobs done.
• DBS and security checks required.
