Inside Sales Tender & Contracts Specialist

Overview of Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibility is to support the Inside Sales Team with the Tender & Non-Standard contract submission. Own the order process, ensuring compliance, data integrity and accuracy and to ensure the timely communication to the sales teams and customers.

Key Job Elements: Efficient, timely and accurate processing of all EMEIA Non-Standard contract review orders within the ERP. Launch and own the Non-Standard Contract Review process, collaborating with the team. Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders (as defined from time to time) to complete non-standard contract review. Discretionary Support with the Tender reviews, working with the Sales Managers and Inside Sales Specialists to ensure smooth submission in-line with LEW-10. Work collaboratively with team members to support the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Develop skills to enable and maximise job performance and professional development. General cover for any of the EMEIA areas as required. Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
Clear and concise communication skills. Close attention to detail. Computer literacy and data accuracy skills. CRM & ERP Experience Vacuum Industry Knowledge. French language desirable. Standards of performance: Abide and enact the spirit and values as outlined in the Sales Charter. Perform duties in a timely, logical, and organised manner. Safeguard company information and always observe company policies. Always conduct yourself in line with KJLC H&S Policy and SPIRIT Values. Demonstrate knowledge of and works within KJLC's Quality Management System, including the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives. Working Conditions: Modern office environment . This is a full-time, permanent role based from our office in St Leonards, East Sussex
