We have created 326 apprenticeship opportunities since 2001, with over 90% completing their apprenticeship with us. This year we are pleased to announce that we are taking on 27 Apprentices, who will all benefit from a combination of hands-on working opportunities and off-site training while studying toward a formal qualification in a chosen career.

What you will learn:

To contribute (under supervision) to the full range of tasks dealt with by the legal team, including:

Assist with a range of legal transactions
Provide updates of information to relevant parties as required
Prepare and process correspondence and documents using the department’s case management system
Undertake legal research and present the findings accurately and clearly
Carry out a range of administrative support functions

To provide general administrative support to the processing of the Group’s property and litigation matters including:

Support with Right to Buy and Right to Acquire sales.
Support with all aspects of the sale of shared ownership and affordable properties including title checks and ordering searches.
Assist with disposals and acquisitions of land/property in connection with the Group’s business.
Carry out investigations of titles and reporting to clients.

Support with sales of new build homes including issuing contracts, replying to enquiries, reporting to and updating the Head of Sales and Marketing and supporting with exchanges and completions.

To complete all relevant training and assessments associated with the apprenticeship within given timescales, attending college and in-house training as required.

To comply with the Group’s customer service standards and Code of Conduct.

To make sure you will be starting on an appropriate qualification path, you will need to either already achieved or expect to achieve by September 24 a minimum of 3 A Levels or equivalent, grade A-C, and a minimum of 2 GCSE grade 4/C or above, this includes Maths and English. 

You will also need to be able to meet the travel requirements of the post which will mean being able to get to and from both your place of work and college.
