We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our Payroll Team within the HR Shared Services Centre. Reporting to the Payroll & Benefits Manager, the Payroll Administrator will play a key role in supporting the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees. This role involves assisting in day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with regulations, and timely execution of payroll processes. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a willingness to learn.

  • Experience with payroll processes or systems is advantageous - preferably Civica HR & Payroll.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude to ensure accuracy in processing payroll data and resolving discrepancies.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes in the payroll landscape while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
  • High levels of computer literacy particularly advanced Excel knowledge and skills
