The Role

As a Graduate Tutor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' academic progress and personal development. You will work closely with teachers to deliver tailored support to individuals and small groups, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering high-quality tutoring sessions.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support students with additional educational needs.
• Foster a love of learning and inspire students to excel.

Requirements

• A degree in Maths, English or Science related field.
• Passion for education and a desire to make a difference.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student success.
