Emergency Team Member

Nightshift: 18:30pm to 06:30am

How you’ll power our business as an Emergency Team Member


Reporting to the Emergency Team Supervisor, the Emergency Team Member will work alongside the existing emergency team members to ensure that calls made to the emergency line are answered in a timely manner and dealt with in line with company procedures.

Our emergency team operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Here at Flogas, we may have a fossil fuels background, but we’re working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040. We’re already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas. We’re also developing our offering for technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, beginning to help our customers reduce their energy consumption and evolving new bio-fuels and renewable gases. What we’ll need from you


•Competent telephone skills
•Have a positive attitude towards Health & Safety and be committed to safe working practises
•Have a flexible working approach and be able to convey a positive attitude to staff and customers at all times
•Ability to problem solve especially when working under your own initiative
•Close attention to detail with ability to accurately record information under pressure
•Excellent listening skills with ability to think on the job with strong communication skills
•Experience in the dispatch of engineers
