To play akey role in maintaining a productive and positive work environment.Reporting directly to the Regional HR Manager you will beresponsible for overseeing daytoday office operations managingadministrative tasks and supporting various functions within theorganization.

AdminSupport
  • Provide administrativesupport to the People & Organisation Team asneeded.
  • Check and distribute incoming post andpackages.
  • Facilitate the relationship withcompany couriers.
FacilitiesSupport
  • Oversee and manage dailyoffice operations ensuring a smooth and efficient workingenvironment.
  • Implement and maintain officepolicies and procedures.
  • Coordinate officelogistics including space planning equipment procurement andmaintenance.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensurethe office is well maintained andequipped.
  • Address any facility related issuespromptly.
  • Facilitate relationships with officeutility providers and ensure uninterruptedservices.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are fully set upfor scheduled meetings.

  • Facilitate communication withinthe office and collaborate on teamactivities.
  • Ensure staff gifts are purchasedand distributedefficiently.
Other/AdHoc
  • Manage travel arrangements forcompanywide events and team workshops.
  • Serve asthe point of contact for external enquiries andvisitors.
  • Monitor workplace Health &Safety measures.
  • Purchase and set up new Itequipment for new and existing staffmembers.

  • Proven experience as anoffice manager or in a similar administrativerole.
  • Strong organisational and multitaskingskills.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MSOffice.
  • Problem solving ability and attentionto detail.
  • Must be able to attend the office atleast 4 times a week.
