We have a great opportunity for a Supervisor to join our Street Lighting team in Somerset, based out of our depot in Bridgwater. The successful candidate will be responsible for Supervision of the lighting installation and maintenance contract, co-ordinating teams of both directly employed and subcontract labour. They will ensure that operational and financial targets and deadlines are met and that the works and services are implemented in accordance with the contract requirements.

  • Understanding of cost and value

  • Computer literacy
  • Sufficient Electrical and Technical knowledge
  • Understanding of Highways Sector Scheme and HEA requirements
  • Management techniques
  • Ability to use initiative, confident
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Solid Electrical and Technical site experience
  • Good standard of English
