Having been established for over 20 years, the company has built an enviable portfolio of projects within the residential sector, developing a strong client network and establishing a reputation for successfully delivering innovative & complex projects. 
Your new role 
Due to company expansion coming from growth within the market, the company has a requirement for a Site Manager, responsible for managing the successful delivery of projects including high-end private residential developments & new build social housing projects. As the site no.1, you will be required to manage and co-ordinate demanding schedules, delivering projects within budget and to the highest standard.
What you\'ll need to succeed 
As a successful Site Manager, previous experience delivering residential projects as Site No.1 is essential, with demonstrable knowledge of this sector. 
As Site Manager, you will be tasked with ensuring the programme of works is completed on time, within budget and to the highest possible standard. Strong communication skills will be key to driving and motivating the site team to the successful delivery of each individual project – success in managing projects for this contractor will act as a springboard for your career in a company that continues to expand and progress individuals within their specialist team.
