Fibre Engineer

Nano Fibre UK are looking for fibre broadband installation engineers for the East area to help support us as we scale.
We are a fast growing company who are committed to offering the best service to our customers from our fibre broadband engineers in the region.
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to carry out installations into the home and support us in delivering our customer promise.
You may either be a current fibre broadband engineer in the industry or someone who is looking to get into fibre broadband installations and are willing to learn. Either way Nano will support you in that next step in your career.
Key requirements:
- You may have experience and a proven track record working in a networking engineering environment but if not that is OK as we offer full training and accreditation support for the right people.
- FTTP Fibre installation experience is preferred but the right attitude is more important to us.
- You should show effective problem solving and interpersonal skills, a focus on teamwork and brilliant customer service.
- You should possess good logical skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and be willing to find the best customer solutions possible.
- Nano covers different areas of the country so you may have to travel some times.
- As you will be visiting homes around your area you will need a valid UK driver's licence
- The ability to work irregular hours and overtime to achieve our customer service targets is some times required.
- You should be medically fit and able to carry out a physical job as climbing poles is our business.
- Able to work in teams or alone to meet our SLA KPI' s set by our partners.
- Willing to work in other locations within the UK if required (accommodation provided)
