Here at Clifton Villa Vets we are looking for a full time Practice Manager to join our team. 

The position is 40 hours per week, (9am-5pm, Monday - Friday).

We are looking for someone proactive with strong leadership and management skills to become a Practice Manager. You should be a great problem solver and able to demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills, as well as effective team management on a daily basis across both our sites in Newquay and Truro. Are you looking to take the next step in your career, do you have drive and ambition? There will be an induction programme for the successful candidate but previous leadership and industry experience would be desirable.

The Practice Manager will work in partnership with other key members of the Practice Management team to ensure we provide an outstanding and professional service to our clients and their patients. Within this role you will be involved in all aspects of managing a multi-site team, including financial responsibility, debt control, client complaints, people management and premises management. You should be a great problem solver and able to demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills, as well as effective team management on a daily basis.
