A highly regarded primary school in Watford, recently rated as GOOD by Ofsted, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 Classroom Teacher to join their permanent staff list from September 2024. This school prides itself on creating a supportive and nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
*Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for KS2 students.
*Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
*Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
*Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
*Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
*Communicate effectively with parents and carers about student progress and wellbeing.

Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*Proven experience teaching KS2 in a primary school setting.
*Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
*Excellent classroom management skills.
*Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Commitment to ongoing professional development.
*A passion for education and a dedication to the success of every child.

Desirable Qualities:
*Experience with special educational needs (SEN) provision.
*A creative approach to teaching and learning.
*Proven ability to work as part of a team.
