RG Consultancy are working with a reputable, medium sized business based in Denton who are looking for an experienced purchase ledger clerk to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

This role is hybrid and will be joining a large finance team and report to the purchase ledger manager within the company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing high volume invoices
  • Matching and coding invoices
  • Bacs payment runs
  • Supplier statements to be reconciled fully and queries addressed and resolved.
  • Request any invoices or credit notes not yet received as per statement reconciliation.
  • Processing including journals where applicable.
  • Other ad-hoc duties required

Candidate:

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
