JobSummary:We are seeking anexperienced Azure DevOps Engineer with 35 years of experience tojoin our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solidunderstanding of the Azure ecosystem CI/CD pipelines automation andinfrastructure as code (IaC). As an Azure DevOps Engineer you willbe responsible for managing designing and implementing DevOpssolutions that support the software development lifecycle in ourorganization.KeyResponsibilities:
  • CI/CDPipeline Development:
  • Designimplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps toautomate the software release process.
  • Ensurepipelines are optimized for speed and reliability includingintegration of automated testing security checks and other qualitygates.
  • Infrastructure as Code(IaC):
  • Develop and manageinfrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform ARM templates orAzure Bicep.
  • Ensure that infrastructure isscalable secure andcosteffective.
  • Cloud ResourceManagement:
  • Deploy monitor andmanage Azure resources including VMs databases and networkingcomponents.
  • Optimize cloud resources forperformance cost andsecurity.
  • Collaboration andSupport:
  • Work closely withdevelopment teams to understand application requirements and ensureseamless integration with infrastructure andpipelines.
  • Provide support for DevOps tools andprocesses assisting in troubleshooting and resolution ofissues.
  • Automation:
  • Developautomation scripts and tools to enhance and scale the deploymentprocesses.
  • Ensure that all manual processes areautomated where possible to improveefficiency.
  • Monitoring andOptimization:
  • Implementmonitoring solutions to ensure system health performance andsecurity.
  • Proactively identify and addresspotential bottlenecks or issues in the deploymentprocess.
  • Security andCompliance:
  • Integrate securitybest practices into DevOps processes including secure codingpractices vulnerability management and complianceadherence.
  • Ensure that deployments meetregulatory and organizational securitystandards.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield (or equivalentexperience).
  • Experience:
  • 35years of handson experience with Azure DevOps including pipelinecreation infrastructure management and clouddeployments.
  • Proven experience withInfrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform ARM templatesor Azure Bicep.
  • Strong experience in automatingdeployment processes and managing CI/CDpipelines.
  • Familiarity with containerizationtechnologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes) is aplus.
  • Skills:
  • Proficientin scripting languages such as PowerShell Bash orPython.
  • Solid understanding of networkingsecurity and cloud architectureprinciples.
  • Strong problemsolving skills andthe ability to troubleshoot complexissues.
  • Excellent communication andcollaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment.
