Salary: 14k Basic Commission OTE 25K

As a Trainee Negotiator youwill embark on a dynamic career path within our renowned LettingAgency. This entrylevel role provides a unique opportunity to learnand grow under the guidance of experienced professionals in theKnaphill property market.

Your primary focuswill be on assisting in property transactions negotiations andclient interactions to contribute to the success of ourteam.

The successful candidate musthave a professional positive ambitious and enthusiastic approachand be able to deliver under pressure with excellent organisationaland time management skills.

The candidatewill be well presented and confident in dealing with clients bothin person and over the phone. Excellent communication andorganisation skills and meticulous attention to detail. Must be ateam player but also able to work on their own and use their owninitiative with a desire to meet and exceed targets.Own car and full clean UK driving licencerequired. Local knowledge of the requiredarea.

Jobdescription:
  • Build positive relationships withclients understanding their property requirements andpreferences.
  • Act as a key point of contactproviding timely updates and information on availableproperties.
  • Accompany potential tenants onproperty viewings highlighting key features and addressinginquiries.
  • Collect and provide feedback toenhance property presentation and marketingstrategies.
  • Assist in preparing andpresenting offers facilitating smooth negotiationprocesses.
  • Maintain meticulous records ofproperty listings client interactions and negotiationdetails.
  • Stay updated on local Lettingsmarket trends competitor activities and relevant industrydevelopments.
Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal andwritten communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and addressclient needs.
  • Willingness to workcollaboratively within a dynamic teamenvironment.
  • Proactive attitude eagerness tolearn and a strong desire to succeed in the Knaphill real estatemarket.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpacedwork environment.
  • Basic computerskills
