Shiftsfor Postperson (Must be flexible with yourhours):

  • 09:00- 17:00
  • Monday toFriday

Pay:

  • 15.71 per hour
  • Paidweekly

MainDuties ofPostperson:

Ourfriendly face in the local community, your day will start with youspending an hour or so in the local delivery office, sorting themail for your route, and heading out on foot or in a van to startyour round. You'll then be responsiblefor:

  1. Delivering blood samples tohospitals for Royal Mail
  2. Working flexible hoursto deliver outstanding levels of service
  3. Usinga hand-held computer device to act as a routing system and capturecustomer signatures
  4. To succeed, you will need avalid manual Cat B licence with no more than 6 points. You'll alsoneed:
  • Good time keepingand customer service skills
  • A professionalappearance and attitude and confidence when dealing withpeople
  • The ability to work equally well as partof a team and on your owninitiative

You will be required tocomplete delivery routes on foot as well as in a van so you must bephysically fit.
