Salary: 60k70k plus bonus

This opportunity isworking for a wellestablished and successful Global Hospitalitybusiness with a brilliant brand in the sector and going through aperiod of sustained growth and site acquisition. You will be acrucial member of the Commercial Finance team reporting into theHead of Commercial Finance. This unit of the finance team plays acritical role in the strategic agenda and delivery of the growthstrategy. The role of the Commercial Finance Analyst will includeworking with the equity operations team and supporting theintegration of a recently acquired portfolio of restaurants. Youwill be a key stakeholder within the wider cross functional teamsrecommending improvements and new initiatives as well as beingresponsible for reading the performance of inflight initiatives anddeveloping go forward approvals. RoleResponsibilities:

  • Leadand drive the quarterly store planning process issuing Sales Labourand Manager controlled P&Lplans
  • Business partner with our Operations teamresponsible for delivering the store plans in the field identifyopportunities for growth and performanceimprovement
  • Weekly performance reviewpreparation and presentation of trading meetings with Csuite.Diagnose weekly performance and provide insightledrecommendations
  • Responsible for determining andrecommending initiatives that improve commercial impacts ofoperational improvements to process flow (forecasting accuracydeployment and speed) across therestaurants
  • Coordination of the period businessreview provide insight into and lead cross functional review forthe COO and Operation directors.
  • Provide adhoccommercial support on various test and learn initiatives revenueand margin analysis competitor analysis
  • Buildand drive continuous improvements in the budgeting and forecastingmodels
  • Drive innovative communicationstrategies to facilitate faster and more accurate business decisionmaking

CandidateRequirements:

  • ACCA/CIMA/ACCAqualified accountant
  • Experience in a multisitebusiness is preferable
  • Excellent data analysisand presentation skills
  • Advanced Excel skillsand experience working with complex and largedatasets
  • Strong understanding of financialstatements and ability to model them
  • Analyticalcreative thinker who is detailoriented
  • Experience with data analyticsvisualisation tools e.g. Power BI /Tableau
