This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Purpose of Role: As a pivotal addition to our London operations, the HSEW (Health, Safety, Environment, and Wellbeing) Delivery Lead will spearhead the implementation and continual improvement of our HSEW strategies. This leadership role is instrumental in promoting a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and wellbeing across all projects and corporate offices in London. The successful candidate will ensure that our practices not only comply with legislative requirements but set a precedent in the industry for excellence and commitment to employee and community wellbeing.

What You Will Do:
  • Devise and implement comprehensive HSEW programs that align with our corporate objectives, incorporating innovative approaches to health, safety, environmental management, and employee wellbeing.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture that prioritizes safety and environmental care, through regular communication, training, and engagement initiatives.
  • Direct and conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement remedial actions promptly.
  • Stay abreast of and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, advising senior leadership on necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
  • Champion workplace and community wellbeing programs that support mental, physical, and social health.
  • Generate and analyze HSEW performance data to inform decision-making and report on progress to stakeholders.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the primary HSEW point of contact.

  • Highly knowledgeable in HSEW best practices, with in-depth experience in environmental and safety management within dynamic and challenging environments.
  • Adept at strategy development and implementation, with a proven track record of enhancing HSEW performance.
  • Equipped with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of inspiring and uniting teams towards common goals.

  • Outstanding communication abilities, acting as a seamless bridge between employees, management, and external partners.
  • A responsible attitude towards managing and mitigating risks associated with health, safety, and environmental impacts.
  • A strong commitment to advancing workplace and community wellbeing, demonstrating resilience and dedication to achieving long-term objectives.
