Job Description: Job Summary:
- Performsa range of skilled repetitive assembly and cleaning operations toproduce quality products in a timely manner; performs operationsfrom work instructions.
- Performs a range of skilled repetitivemechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations in supportof production projects;
- Assembles modifies reworks and/or reassembles productioncomponents utilizing drawings pick tickets process documentationand/or verbal instructions;
- Prepares and utilizes basic hand tools and machinesincluding but not limited to power screwdriver ruler solder ironclamp machine heat gun vise solder pots crimpers pinning machineand automatic wire stripers;
- Cleans parts prior to production use as required;Identifies wires with use of basic color code sequence;
- Participates infirst time production runs of new products;
- Supports cycle count activityinventory handling and inventory transactions following establishedmaterial procedures;
- Participates in continuous improvement and team buildingactivities; maintains productive working relationships with allteam members;
- Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of allapplicable safety rules and regulations;
- Completes all required paperwork;
- Performs clean upand tool inventory activities;
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
