As an EAL Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in providing tailored support to students for whom English is an additional language. Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering effective language instruction, assessing students' language proficiency, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure students' academic success. By creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment, you'll empower students to achieve their full potential.

EAL Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent English teaching qualification (CELTA,TESOL,TEFL etc.)
- Specialisation or experience in teaching English as an Additional Language (EAL)
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of multilingual learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting students from diverse linguistic backgrounds
