  • £14.00 per hour (40 hours per week) = £29,120 salary

As a Sous Chef, you will have a passion for good food; you'll be obsessed with using fresh and local ingredients and will have an opportunity to use ingredients grown on site. You'll work closely with the Head Chef and gardeners to create seasonal menu.
