Our client a wellestablished and successful EstateAgency is looking for an experienced and talented Mortgage Brokerto join their expanding team.

This positionwill offer a lead rich environment with initial appointments beingpassed over by the front of house team for active buyers andsellers seeking mortgage advise. As a Mortgage Advisor you willliaise with clients and lenders for a variety of markets andrequire a good level of knowledge of the mortgage market andprocess from application through to offer and completion. Youshould be able to offer a high level of client care and demonstrateexcellent communication skills.

RoleResponsibilities:
• To provide aquality compliant and efficient mortgage advice service toclients.
• Establishing strong relationshipswith clients and identifying and contacting potential clients.• Gathering sufficient client information and identifyclient needs.
• Analyse information gatheredand undertake sufficient research to make suitablerecommendations.
• Provide a seamless processof the mortgage application completing all supporting documentationin an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensuringthat the level of service is delivered in a timelymanner.
• Attaining and maintaining competentstatus as defined by the FCA and the firm and comply with theCompliance and Training & Competence Schemes/Procedures ofthe firm as well as the requirements of the FCA.
• Maintaining performance standards in accordance withthose outlined in the Key Performance Indicators section of thefirm’s Training & Competence scheme.

Required skills/qualifications andexperience
• The ideal candidatewill have a qualification in CeMAP level 3 or equivalent(essential)
• You have a strong track record asa Mortgage Advisor as well as upselling various mortgageproducts
• Client service is paramount foryou
• Strong communication skills verbal andwritten
• Selfmotivated to work towardstargets
