We are currently recruiting fo

r a Commis Chef on a part time basis, working 32 hours per week. The ideal candidate would be required to ensure all kitchen operations run smoothly by assisting in the food preparation and general up keep of the kitchen. All candidates must be fully flexible to work a variety of shifts Monday-Sunday.

Key Competencies:

Assisting with the smooth running of the kitchen preparation areas. Assisting in food production. Assisting in producing menu ideas. Maintain the kitchen work areas in accordance with HACCP regulations. Storing away all crockery, cutlery and glassware, handling all with great care Ensuring that all kitchen equipment such as food mixers, fridges and cookers are in good working order. Reporting any faulty equipment to the Kitchen Chef. Keeping the storerooms well stocked and organised at all times.

Skills and Experience required:

Previous experience working as a Commis Chef Can accurately follow instructions Meticulous in detail Able to work unsupervised
