Requirements- Steigerung von Geschäftsergebnissen im Store, um Ziele und Leistungskennzahlen zu erfüllen und zu übertreffen
- Unterstützung des Business Managers beim Festlegen einzelner und teambezogener Verkaufsziele und Kommunikation mit den Retail Artists zum Vereinbaren und Erreichen von Geschäftszielen
- Zur Förderung herausragender Kund*innenservices und Kund*innenerlebnisse mit gutem Beispiel vorangehen
- Coaching und Feedback für das Team, um das Erzielen von Charlotte Tilburys Standards in den Bereichen Service und Make-up-Kunst zu gewährleisten
- Nutzen jeder Gelegenheit, den herausragenden Kund*innenservice über das Erlebnis im Laden hinaus auszuweiten und dabei die Kund*innen-Datenbank für direkte Marketingzwecke zu erweitern
- Umsetzung einzelner und teambezogener Entwicklungspläne, regelmäßige Durchführung von Bewertungen zur Förderung von beidseitigem Feedback und Coaching
- Entwicklung einer positiven und kooperativen Teamkultur im Store durch Teamtreffen und einen partnerschaftlichen Führungsstil; gegebenenfalls Anerkennen und Hervorheben von Leistungen
- Unternehmerisches Wirken durch das Vorschlagen von Plänen, Veranstaltungen und sonstigen freien Maßnahmen zur Steigerung des Geschäftserfolgs
- Gewährleistung von makellosem Visual Merchandising, Sauberkeit des Counters und Hygienestandards
- Voraussetzen eines makellosen Erscheinungsbilds und Inspirieren der Mitglieder des Teams, sich von ihrer schönsten Seite zu zeigen
