In thisrole you will:

Achieverevenue targets set by the company for allocated destinations andtaking full responsibility of the product mixrequired.

Keyelements to this role include but not limitedto:

• Consult and agreewith the Director of Contracting on the specific productrequirements.
• Expand WebBeds portfolio findingnew opportunities by analyzing the market trends in thedestination.
• Ensure hotels are recontractedand on sale within specified deadlines.
• Organize regular visits to hotels to build and/or maintainrelationships.
• Consult and agree with theDirector of Contracting on an ongoing basis regarding additions toproduct.
• Negotiate and contract rates specialoffers allocations addedvalue deals overrides and other specialdeals ensuring WebBeds has the best rates available on the market.
• Leading the negotiation process for increasingbooking volume in destination.
• Regularlymonitor competitor pricing and availability in line withdemand.
• Monitor sales performance analyzingweekly product/sales reports to identify market trends andrevenue/room nights growth opportunities orincidences.
• Advise on preferred partner hotelsin the relevant destinations negotiate exclusivedeals.
• Address and resolve any standard/servicelevel issues with suppliers.
• Ensure hotels areinspected and details (photos amenities etc.) updated on a regularbasis.
• Communicate destination informationregarding peak dates trade shows visitor information etc.internally.
• Assist and explain tools andprocedures to suppliers by giving supplier extranet demonstrationand support.
• Assist with group placements asnecessary.
• Manage the supplier relationshipthroughout the period of the contract including dealing with closeout requests and book out issues and liaising with relevantdepartments accordingly.
• Cooperate with Healthand Safety team to ensure reports are completed and up todate.
• Communicate both internally andexternally in a professional manner in keeping with corporateguidelines.

• Contractingexperience within the tourism industry; established relationshipsin the Italian market.

• Stakeholder management skills and corporatepresence.

• Welldeveloped writtenand verbal communication skills in both Italian andEnglish.
• Able to work well under pressure andto meet strict deadlines.
• A solid workingknowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook is amust.
