Role Summary
The role of High-Ticket Sales Closer is pivotal in connecting interested families with the client's transformative educational programs. The successful candidate will engage prospects primarily through high-energy conversations, educating them about the importance and benefits of investing in their children's future through quality education solutions. The High-Ticket Sales Closer will leverage their skills in rapport-building and closing strategies to meet sales targets and contribute to the organisation's growth while playing a crucial part in shaping the educational paths of young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective clients, primarily parents and guardians, to understand their needs regarding 11+ prep programs and related educational courses.
  • Guide prospects through the sales process, providing detailed and compelling information about the high-ticket offers, addressing concerns and objections effectively.
  • Close high-ticket sales and consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Act as a product expert, confidently discussing the benefits of the programs and demonstrating their value.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with prospects, ensuring an empathetic and tailored sales approach.
  • Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and meetings to support families throughout their decision-making journey.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies, share insights, and optimise lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Essential
  • Proven experience in high-ticket sales or a related role with a successful track record, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills with the ability to engage and influence clients.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities, demonstrating an ability to quickly connect and build trust with parents and guardians.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Comfortable with remote sales methodologies, leveraging phone, video calls, and online platforms effectively.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of managing time and pipeline efficiently.

Desirable
  • Experience selling high-value education programs or services.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking sales and customer interactions.
  • Knowledge of the 11+ examination process or GCSE-level syllabus is a significant asset.
