About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Creative Production Executive to join our Social & Content Team, working exclusively on our iconic Butlin’s Big Weekenders. Reporting to the Senior Social Media and Content Manager, you will be responsible for the creation of engaging and informative content for our Big Weekenders for all social and marketing channels, ensuring that the brand is developed and consistently applied across all channels. Working closely with the wider Marketing Team, you will support with briefs from conception through to delivery, following these projects through the entire creative process, including brainstorming and storyboarding ideas where necessary. You will work across our resorts on all elements of the production lifecycle from self-shooting imagery and film to final editing and retouching. This will also involve organise schedules for shoots and engaging with guests, team and artists to achieve the very best results. As with all roles at Butlin’s, you will have the opportunity to get involved in lots of wider projects within the marketing team and wider business. About You This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in creating quality, impactful content for use across social media and a range of other channels. Experience with working on videos for social media is also really important as well as working with different resolution and sizes of video, focusing on Short form edits. You should have demonstrable experience of producing content from concept to delivery and have a passion for being able to bring a brand to life visually in new and creative ways. Experience working with ‘live’ environments, not just studio or staged work, would also be beneficial for this role. A love for engaging with people is a must for this role as you will often be out on resort engaging with a wide range of different guests, team and artists to really bring creative direction to life. Our Big Weekender breaks also have a big focus on music, so a passion for music, whilst not essential, is definitely a plus for us. You should also have strong experience in a range of image/ video editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite. Experience of GFX and a basic knowledge of Photoshop and illustrator alongside after effects would also be really desirable. Proficiency in image making and video production equipment including cameras and stabilisers is also a must. Butlin’s is fast paced and super agile, so you should enjoy the buzz of getting stuck in and working to sometimes tight deadlines whilst still delivering high quality results. Due to the nature of the role, you will also need to often travel to our 3 resorts based in Skegness, Minehead and Bognor Regis so a driving license is essential.
