We are seeking a Salaried GP to join our team at Maple Surgery , number of sessions to be discussed.

Main duties of the job

Main Duties of the Role

Wish you could prioritise continuity of care andmake a difference to your patients? No problem

Want a manageable workload? How about 13patients a session, 15 minute appointments and no duty?

Not keen on ward rounds? Ok no carehomes.

Hate visits? How about max 2 a week?

£12,000 a session, with full CPD allocation as perBMA model contract? Plus paid indemnity.

Want the BMA model contract and never haveto ask the practice manager for the DDRB uplift it just happens?

Since taking over Maple Surgery in Bar Hill last year our patientfeedback has improved which shows in our Friends and Family responses, we haverebuilt good relationships with the supportive Patient Participation group andwe also significantly improved on our QOF achievements for the 2023/24 year.

Maple Surgery has4,000 patients - cared for by a supportive, stable team and practice manager.The clinical team includes a Lead Nurse, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, and anHCA as well as a Social Prescriber, Pharmacy Team and a Community Matron aspart of Cambridge North Villages PCN. Wehave an excellent clinical coder and ANP support with tasks and medications.The practice is located immediately off the westbound A14 just outsideCambridge.

This is atraditional practice supporting old-fashioned face-to-face high-qualityconsulting, that has the support of a bigger network in the form of CGPN so youcan focus on patients, not firefighting and be sure of transparent and stablerunning of the practice.
