This is acentral position which aims to provide high quality surveying at aproject level. Acting as the day to day link between theoperational and commercial teams there will also be scope toprogress to a more commercially led function within the business.



Requirements

Whatthe role will involve for the Senior QuantitySurveyor:

  • Maintaincontract projectdocumentation.
  • Attendweekly and monthly commercial meetings at a projectlevel.
  • Prepareand issue of EWN s and CE s to both the supply chain andclients.
  • Administrationof NEC3 contracts Options A & C includingPSC
  • Supplychain negotiation and letting package ofwork.
  • Prepareand submission of monthly valuations final accounts and projecttenders.
  • Developand nurture relationships with client representatives and supplychain.
  • Variousother duties including contract liaison with both clients andsupply chain working with programmers at a projectlevel.


Whatwe are looking for in the Senior QuantitySurveyor:

  • Ademonstratable understanding of both pre contract and post contractwork.
  • Anadept working knowledge of NEC 3 main and subcontractforms.
  • Substantialexperience within an NEC contractenvironment.
  • Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.
  • StrongExcel skills including the use of charts pivots lookups and sheetautomation.

What the role will involve for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:Maintain contract project documentation. Attend weekly and monthlycommercial meetings at a project level. Prepare and issue of EWN sand CE s to both the supply chain and clients. Administration ofNEC3 contracts, Options A & C including PSC Supply chainnegotiation and letting package of work. Prepare and submission ofmonthly valuations, final accounts, and project tenders. Developand nurture relationships with client representatives and supplychain. Various other duties including contract liaison with bothclients and supply chain, working with programmers at a projectlevel. What we are looking for in the Senior Quantity Surveyor: Ademonstratable understanding of both pre contract and post contractwork. An adept working knowledge of NEC 3 main and subcontractforms. Substantial experience within an NEC contract environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong Excelskills, including the use of charts, pivots, lookups, and sheetautomation.
