The administration assistant would be responsible for providing coverage for the reception desk while on duty, answering the phone, taking messages, and referring matter to the appropriate administrative person plus offers assistance, notifies police or emergency medical service when requested to do so from the hours of Midnight to 8:00am five days a week. Requirements include: Experience working with seniors preferred Compassion, creativity, and excellent interpersonal skills a must A genuine love and respect for seniors Screens all incoming calls and greets community visitors to insure accurate and efficient communication is facilitated and the community is presented in a positive manner. Performs clerical duties.
