From general maintenance and repairs to basic plumbing, electrics, and even painting and decorating, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our campus in top shape.

Your Role
Your role will involve everything from furniture assembly to liaising with contractors and managing maintenance supplies. If you have experience in building and maintenance trades, excellent communication skills, and a flexible, team-oriented approach, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities
General maintenance & repairs Basic plumbing, electrics, painting & decorating Furniture assembly & moving Dealing with contractors regarding building issues Assisting with management of stocks of maintenance supplies Update work lists & take a proactive approach to site managementRequirements
Work experience within building/maintenance trade Good English communication skills and customer facing experience Flexible approach & team working skills Right to work in the UK All posts are subject to satisfactory reference and DBS checksWhy you will love EF
