Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Administrator to join our EVBS team in Ede, Netherlands. The successful candidate will manage and optimize the logistics processes for our electric vehicle battery solutions, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with logistics provider to schedule collections & deliveries – using their system but also via phone
• Liaising with customers to co-ordinate deliveries and collections
• Updating internal systems and trackers to ensure up to date information on status
• Working closely with internal team to ensure shipments are ready on time
• Maintaining parts tracking spreadsheets using information provided by the team
• Placing parts orders in customer systems
• General administrative tasks e.g. placing orders

Skills & Experience

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be able to write and speak fluently in both English and Dutch, other languages would be a huge advantage
