Key Responsibilities for the Care Assistant Role

  • Provide personal care and support to Clients in line with their care plan.
  • Assist Clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility.
  • Build positive relationships with Clients and their families, offering empathy and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided, changes observed, and ensure ongoing communication with the  Field and Office Teams.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to promote a supportive and seamless care delivery.
  • Ensure Client dignity and independence are maintained at all times.

Skills and Qualifications Desired

  • Previous experience in a care or support role is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations in care settings.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and providing high-quality care.
  • Possession of a UK or EU driving licence is required.
  • You must be fully flexible with hours of availability including early mornings, evenings and weekends
