Overview

We're looking for a General Manager for a beautiful pub in Lymington. Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package. 

Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. Now, we’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at The Angel & Blue Pig in Lymington and lead the team to success

About the pub

Situated in the beautiful Hampshire town of Lymington, The Angel & Blue Pig is a quirky pub boasting 10 boutique hotel bedrooms. 

Delighting guests with our Signature food offer, the Angel & Blue Pig currently trades at an average of £20,000 per week in net sales, with a high food mix.

This site is the perfect opportunity for an experienced operator with a track record of inspiring their teams, engaging with the local community and delivering exceptional guest experiences. 

Management accommodation is available in the form of 2 bedroom flat.
