Practice Manager

We are looking for a full time Practice Manager to join the team in our Cotgrave Practice.

• 40 hours per week predominately Monday - Friday.
• Offering a mixture of NHS and Private treatments

As a Practice Manager at mydentist:

• You will drive your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and managing budgets
• You will lead a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
• You will manage compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
• You will analyse financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
