As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met. You will work alongside our skilled culinary team and contribute to creating a positive dining experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in food preparation and meal service.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Providing excellent customer service to our residents.
• Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure a high standard of food quality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
