REPORTS TO: Managing Director
HOURS: 07:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
Job Purpose:
To ensure Deck installations are completed as planned and agreed with customers.
Material usage is optimised, and stock is strictly managed to prevent discrepancies.
Promote a Positive Safety Culture.
Continuous improvement of quality and productivity.
Key Accountabilities:
Recruit, develop, manage, training and motivation of Installation and Factory teams. This will involve regular trips to site to check that standards are being maintained.Accept responsibility for Health and Safety of workforce whilst on site and travelling to Parks. Compliance with Group H&S policy, PPE, RAMS, Customer Safety Questionnaires.Assist Sales Office with Job scheduling allocating sufficient time to complete jobs and resolution of queries during and after build. Provide technical support for sales Reps especially with surveying and complex projects.Manage the Vehicle fleet and Drivers using tracking data ensuring vans are kept clean and presentable and are safe at all times.Supporting core leadership team with delivering the companies goals and fostering teamwork with all colleagues.Key Experiences and Skills Required:
Supervision and management of othersEvidence of ability to fabricate and installation techniques with willingness to show others with attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and good at problem solving.Effective communicator and ability to resolve disputes quickly and effectively with positive outcome for all. Approachable.Full Driving Licence essentialDesirables Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required:
