The Analyst will also assist inissue resolution operationalizing Governance practices creating andsocializing IT Governance artifacts (such as IT audit responsescontrol processes etc). This position will also assist in extendingthe scope of ITD Governance Security Architecture and ProcessImprovement.
Responsibilities:
The IT Governance Analyst is responsible for providingsupport to IT services and will align IT investments withenterprise business goals as well as Agency guidance.
Support technical review and compliance reporting for ITChange Management and Project Delivery processes.
Support technical writing and review for the divisionsflagship governance documents and policies.
Support security policy interpretation reporting andtraining.
Support IT Audit Response and auditfinding remediation efforts
Provide input intothe augmentation of a governance model for ITDs criticalprocesses.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledgeor experience in IT Audit response.
Demonstrated knowledge in policy/technical writing.
Experience with drafting business or executivecenteredbriefs presentations and reports
Knowledge inSharePoint online repository management preferred.
Knowledge of IT Audit and Compliance responseprocesses
Understanding of IT Governance andcompliance best practices tools with willingness to learnCommonwealth or Agency Implementation
Abilityto work independently creatively and analytically in a fastpacedteam environment
Ability to balance time andeffort across multiple projects while supporting emergent needswith strong organizational and detailoriented skills.
