Position Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Person to expand our market presence in the UK and internationally. Your role will involve selling our unparalleled events experience product to some of the world's largest companies, managing automated and tailored outreach, driving inbound leads, and supporting the management team in breaking into new markets and sectors. Additionally, you will nurture and expand relationships with existing clients, collaborate closely with the product team to introduce new offerings, and drive sales innovation throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales efforts to generate leads and close deals.
  • Maintain high performance standards, driven by targets and bonuses, while effectively managing budgets.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a tenacious approach to achieving sales objectives.
  • Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies for generating inbound leads.
  • Work closely with the product team to identify market opportunities and introduce new products.
  • Drive sales innovation within the company, continually seeking ways to enhance processes and effectiveness.

Compensation:

  • Salary: £28,000 Basic
  • OTE (uncapped year 1): £50,000+

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in outbound sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Self-starter mentality with a keen sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and capable of managing performance metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a resilient, determined attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients and customers.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):

  • Experience in the events industry or conference industry sales.
  • Proficiency in setting up sequences and campaigns.
  • Interest in leveraging AI software to optimize sales processes and drive growth.
  • Passion for the full spectrum of marketing activities.

Software Proficiency:

  • Preferred outreach software includes Phantom Buster, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Pipedrive. However, we embrace innovation in the sales process and remain open to new tools and technologies.
