Ardenlee Care Home is looking to appoint an ambitious Deputy Manager. (Non-clinical)

Our care home sits in its own grounds with scenic views over the sea, woodland, and gardens, specialising in residential care for 32 residents.

As Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our well-respected Home Manager the with day to day running of the service, whilst leading and guiding our highly trained team.

Deputy Manager (Non-clinical) Contract

                 18.00 per hour.

                 Contracted to 40-hours per week (Minimum earning of 37,440 per annum)

                 5.6 weeks annual leave.

                 Pension.

                 Ferry cost expenses.

                 PVG & SSSC Paid.

                 Onsite parking.

                 1,000 Welcome Bonus

The Candidate

Were looking for someone who holds an SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.  Experience of medication auditing and administering, whilst a proven track record of successfully leading a team in the care sector.
