Your Role in Our Mission

Carmoola is expanding its marketing team. We are on the hunt for a creative, dynamic Marketing Graphic Designer to champion our brand aesthetic and inspire our users. You must be: Digital first Creatively minded A creator of engaging concepts A fan of pink 

You will be an integral part of our team, playing a crucial role in crafting creative direction that is visually delightful and incredibly engaging. You will work with the entire marketing team (paid and organic social, brand, web, CRM, PR, office DJ) and have the opportunity to make an impact on a brand that is Going Places. 

The Role

You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining a look and feel that aligns with Carmoola’s brand identity and marketing goals. Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Develop eye-catching visual assets for marketing materials (static, motion graphics and video), including social media posts, email campaigns, website content, and other promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and design across various channels.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of design trends and incorporate innovative design elements into Carmoola's visual identity.
  • Utilize video editing software to enhance the visual appeal and storytelling of Carmoola's video content, with a focus on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram. 
  • Presentation documents and graphic treatments for campaign identities, themes, and concepts.

Requirements

To absolutely nail this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Designer showcasing a portfolio of successful projects.  
  • A passion for staying on top of the latest trends in social media, with a focus on creating and editing creatives.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Figma) and video editing software (Premier Pro / CapCut).
  • Creative flair, with a keen eye for design aesthetics and storytelling through visuals.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content teams.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple design and video editing projects simultaneously.
  • Experience of applying visual overlays and transitions to enhance retention and stopping the scroll.
  • Experience in creating content for social media and other marketing functions 
  • A love of creating things that are a little bit special, a little bit different and very, very wow.
