As a RecruitmentCoordinator, you will work closely with the Consultants to ensureour clients and candidates get the best possible level ofservice.
After receiving a full brief from theconsultant you will utilise job boards, databases and networkingopportunities to find CVs which match the Job requirements.
You will be on the telephone a lot, acting as the pointof contact with the candidate to confirm interview arrangements andadvise candidates on the best way to prepare for theinterview.
At KHR we take care to ensure thatyou are represented as well as possible so it is worth checkingyour CV for layout, spelling and grammar as well as making sure itis up to date before you submit.
