Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Supervise and motivate the kitchen team, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Quality Control: Maintain strict quality checks on food preparation and presentation, guaranteeing that every dish is perfect.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee the flow of kitchen operations, from food prep to plating, ensuring smooth service during busy periods.
- Team Development: Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering their growth and helping them excel in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage orders, and reduce waste to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
- Safety First: Ensure all food safety, health, and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
