In This Role, You Will
  • Serve as the technical expert on the image generation capabilities of our Stable Diffusion API, providing detailed knowledge and support during the sales process.
  • Engage with potential and existing customers to assess their needs and demonstrate how our API’s image generation can meet these needs.
  • Lead the technical onboarding and implementation process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration of our technologies.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients, helping them to optimize their use of our image generation features.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and help guide the evolution of our products.

Requirements

What You'll Need to Be Successful
  • Proven experience as a Product Specialist, Sales Engineer, or in a similar client-facing technical role, preferably with a background in AI, machine learning, or related technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively presenting technical information and persuading others.
  • In-depth understanding of image generation technologies within the context of broader AI applications, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong customer-service orientation.
  • Experience in managing full lifecycle engagements from product demonstration to post-sales support.
  • Educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field is highly beneficial.
