Has a deep understanding of the world of food, ingredients and processes which allows them to advise on renovation programmes which support the growth of our core.
Responsibilities

An understanding of Food sector and the role Frozen Food could play within that and how we intend to grow through renovating our Core and innovating via our Growth Pillars and Technology platforms. Be the custodian of food values across NF Enable brilliant customer and consumer activationPioneering Innovation
Translation of Foresights data to allow the wider Culinary team have a roadmap of future trends. Identification of trends in Foodservice and Culinary world with relevance to NF portfolioCulinary Art & Expertise
Unlocks a high level of skill from the culinary team at every level. Designs a competency framework to support career development. Promotes the chef / culinary community throughout the business and externally Shapes and leads Culinary Academy in Nomad Foods
Qualifications
High level culinary skills, experience of running their own restaurant / managed teams. Able to operate in a Corporate organisation / environment.-
