ABOUT THE JOB


Develop analytical solutions within a global team, engaging stakeholders at various levels. Ensure completion of regular business reporting & analytics, optimizing and automating where possible. Work proactively with internal stakeholders to identify data requirements and enhance data consumption. Build analytics solutions using SQL, Tableau Prep, Tableau, Python, etc., leveraging data from various sources. Prioritize data quality and analytical rigor, questioning and interrogating data to uncover insights. Communicate insights effectively verbally, in writing, and through presentations, facilitating discussions with HR. Advocate for data governance and literacy, supporting stakeholder upskilling. Establish effective pipelines between HR, Business, and third-party provider systems. Ensure timely completion of regular, ad-hoc, and regulatory reporting. Collaborate with HR Systems team and across TUI Group to ensure accurate employee data transfer
 

ABOUT YOU
 

Enthusiastic, customer-centric team player with strong communication skills. Skilled at translating data insights into actionable recommendations. Proficient in Tableau, Power BI, or similar dashboard-building tools. Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases, with advanced Excel skills. Analytically adept with unstructured datasets, focused on continuous improvement. Experienced in defining requirements, technical specifications, and conducting data flow analysis. Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities. Effective in project environments, with strong planning and interpersonal skills.
